Merchandise

Returns

  • Merchandise must be made within 14 days of the original purchase

  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge

  • Must be in “Like New” Condition

  • All tags and packaging must be left on the items or in attachable, sellable condition

  • The cash register receipt must be presented with all returns

  • Refunds made for purchases on credit/debit cards must be put back on said account

Exchanges

  • Merchandise must be made within 14 days of the original purchase

  • Must be in “Like New” Condition

  • All tags and packaging must be left on the items or in attachable, sellable condition

  • The cash register receipt must be presented with an exchange

Sale or Clearance items

All sale or clearance items purchases are final (no return, exchange, or refund)

Defective Merchandise

Defective products must be returned to the store for inspection. The protocol of the manufacturer of said product will be followed to replace or refund the money of the product. If the warranty on the product is between the end purchaser and the manufacturer, then the customer will be given the information to contact the manufacturer to pursue the warranty. If the damage to the product is not covered under the warranty of the manufacturer then no refund or exchange will be made through Pets Place.

Livestock

Choose your new pet very wisely
Absolutely NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on any Livestock (Exception: Medical issues as outlined in the Puppy Warranty)
